I’m a seasoned HR executive and SRV HR advisor (most clients call me Rick), with experience across healthcare, manufacturing, and multinational engineering and construction. I partner with business leaders who know their people are the difference between good results and great ones.
I’m a businessperson first. As your CHRO, I bring proven talent strategy and HR systems that actually drive business results.
My expertise comes from real operational experience, not theory. I’ve served as Vice President of HR and Director of Talent Management for a leading multinational engineering and construction firm, and I built my leadership discipline as an officer in the U.S. Marines.
I’m an advocate for diversity, inclusion, and veteran engagement. I help companies build the culture and processes to attract, engage, and retain high-performing teams, and I bring a Marine’s sense of mission to every engagement.

I’m a fractional CHRO and people strategy advisor with SRV HR. I act as an outsourced chief human resources officer, building talent strategy, HR systems, and culture for growing organizations.

I work with business leaders across manufacturing, engineering, construction, and healthcare, including multinational and PE-backed organizations that need executive-level HR leadership without a full-time hire.
