I’m a senior HR leader who builds people strategies that drive business performance. For more than a decade, I’ve partnered with CEOs, executive teams, and boards to align workforce strategy with execution across multiple locations, complex structures, and fast-growing companies.
The role of a modern CHRO is not administrative. It is architect level: anticipate risk, align incentives, build leaders, and create consistency across every location.
My experience spans organizations of many sizes and industries, from professional and clinician-heavy teams to highly operational, field-based, and skilled labor workforces.
