Granya Gormley is an experienced HR and People Leader with a proven track record of building strong, scalable people practices that support business growth. With more than two decades of experience across startups and established organizations, she specializes in employee engagement, retention, leadership development, and building HR infrastructure that enables both leaders and employees to thrive.
Throughout her career, Granya has partnered closely with executive teams and people leaders to design and implement impactful HR programs, including recruiting and onboarding strategies, career pathing and leveling frameworks, performance management, compensation analysis, and leadership development initiatives. She is known for her ability to combine data-driven insights with a practical, human-centered approach to solving complex people challenges.
