I’m an HR and business leader with 30 years of experience helping growth-minded companies simplify complexity, strengthen their people foundation, and scale with confidence. I partner with small and mid-size businesses to build practical, optimized HR systems, so leaders can focus on running and growing the business.

I bring a rare blend of big-company discipline and small-company agility, with experience across tech, defense, human services, education, and global nonprofits. That breadth lets me quickly diagnose what’s working, stabilize what’s not, and design people practices that match your company’s size, pace, and goals.
My career includes leadership roles at HP, Northrop Grumman, and a highly regulated Virginia organization where I reduced audit findings to zero. Most recently, I served as Senior Vice President of People and Culture for a nonprofit operating in 33 countries. I hold a J.D. and an MBA, I’m certified in mediation and Six Sigma, and I served in the Navy Reserve.
