Tom Rankin
Tom is a strategic Human Resources and business leader with over 25 years of experience driving organizational transformation, talent development, and operational excellence. Having worked in public and private companies of all sizes, including as General Manager of a family-owned company, Tom has developed expertise in aligning HR strategy with business objectives; leading cultural integrations resulting from mergers and acquisitions; assessing, developing, and top-grading talent; delivering measurable results in workforce optimization; employee engagement; and cost savings. Additionally, Tom has been involved in multiple restructurings, facility closures, and start-ups.
A graduate of Ohio State University with a master’s degree in Labor and Human Resources, Tom has a demonstrated track record of building high-performance teams and leading change in manufacturing and service industries.
