In Tara’s 20 years of experience as a Human Resources professional, she has spent the last 10 years leading Human Resources teams within the Financial Services industry.

Tara’s experience spans from small startups to Fortune 500 organizations. Tara was the SVP of People and Organization for United Capital Financial Advisers, where she led the integration of United Capital’s employees into Goldman Sachs during its acquisition of United Capital.

Tara graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Management, with a Human Resources emphasis from Missouri State University and an MBA from Texas A&M University at Commerce. She also holds her Senior Professional in Human Resources, Senior Certified Professional and Certified Benefits Professional certifications.
