Jennifer D'Agostino
With 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Jen began her career as a recruiter working for a staffing company. Her love of talent acquisition began then and there.
Jen has managed teams as large as 45 and has worked for global corporations, allowing her to live, work, and travel the world. Leading recruiting teams always facilitated understanding business needs and working on business development proposals for government funded contracts.
Jen has managed teams of learning and development, talent management, and workforce planning. As an executive advisor, she understands how the C-suite should keep talent interwoven into all business strategy decisions. Jen has recruited C-suite level executives and helped to negotiate compensation at the leadership level. Her work has included understanding talent trends, labor market data, and skill demands to advise business leaders on workforce planning.
