I’m an HR executive and certified coach with more than 25 years of experience helping leaders build the people systems they need to grow with confidence. My background spans multi-brand, multi-location businesses in retail, hospitality, and service, where I’ve led people strategy, leadership development, and organizational transformation.
I work best in fast-moving environments where HR is still emerging and leaders need clarity, structure, and a practical path forward.

I’m a fractional CHRO and people strategy advisor with SRV HR, operating under my own brand, Culture Grid HR. I act as an outsourced chief human resources officer for growing companies, building the talent strategy, HR systems, and culture that drive business results.

I work with small and medium-sized businesses that are ready to scale but feel their people systems aren’t keeping up. I’ve led HR inside large, complex organizations, and I bring that same rigor to companies at an earlier stage, helping founders protect the culture that fueled their success while they grow.
