Erica Ellison, J.D., MBA, is an HR and business leader with 30 years of experience helping growth-minded companies simplify complexity, strengthen their people foundation, and scale with confidence. She partners with small and mid-size businesses to build practical, optimized HR systems—freeing leaders to focus on running and growing the business.

Erica brings a rare blend of big-company discipline and small-company agility (removed comma) with experience across tech, defense, human services, education, and global nonprofits. This breadth gives her the ability to quickly diagnose what’s working, stabilize what’s not, and design people practices that match a company’s size, pace, and goals.

Her career includes leadership roles at HP, Northrop Grumman, and a highly regulated Virginia organization where she reduced audit findings to zero. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President of People & Culture for a nonprofit operating in 33 countries.

Erica holds a J.D. and MBA, is admitted to the Maryland Bar (inactive), and is certified in Mediation, Six Sigma (Yellow Belt), and completed Disney Leadership Excellence. Erica lives in Virginia and enjoys gardening, travel, and time with her two children and husband.
