I am an HR Strategist and consultant guiding executive leaders through organizational change management. DEI Influencer. Now that the professional gibberish is out of the way, at the end of the day, my job involves people. We are complicated, always changing, and we have millions of things going on in our lives. I believe that an organization thrives best when it’s people, the HUMANS, their wellness & their needs, are the organization’s priority. That, to me, means transparency, it means being an advocate, & it means creating real partnerships.

There is a real person behind this profile, too! In my free time you might find me: spending time with family and friends, skiing, kayaking, climbing mountains, hiking, exploring new restaurants, listening to live music, attending live theater, reading about history and current events, and traveling!

Assisted some of the leading Companies in large-scale, global headcount growth; Guided multiple global companies in establishing HR Policies, procedures, Employee Handbooks, etc. Assisted several start-ups to build and scale their HR Department and Executive Teams and successfully established HR Policies and Procedures, Developed and implemented succession plans and change management strategies, developed staffing and people growth strategies, designed and implemented performance review process and policy, and designed and implemented employee training and development platform. Successfully navigated RFP to deployment for comprehensive HRIS platform transition and building the entire platform from scratch.

Entrepreneurial Experience

Started a small tech industry business facilitating law firms transitioning from the DOS platform to Windows; Co-founded a small social platform that was ranked Top 10 Women-owned businesses by the London Times in 2019; Guided development and deployed HR Department for Stealth AI – West Division.
