Jennifer D'Agostino
Jennifer D’Agostino is an accomplished Talent Executive and strategic advisor with more than 25 years of experience helping organizations build high‑performing teams and resilient talent systems. Jennifer partners with CEOs and senior leaders to design the people strategies that power sustainable growth, aligning talent, culture, and leadership capabilities with business objectives.
Jennifer brings deep expertise across talent management, talent acquisition, leadership development, and succession planning for both private and public sector organizations. Most recently she led global teams supporting more than 6,000 employees, architected enterprise‑wide people strategies, and guided C‑suite hiring and organizational redesign efforts. Her experience spans professional services, international development, engineering, oil and gas, global nonprofits, and rapidly scaling U.S. companies.
As Vice President of Talent at RTI International, Jennifer developed the Institute’s three‑year People Strategy, oversaw global talent programs, and advised the CEO and executive leadership through major organizational transitions. Earlier in her career, she held multiple executive roles at AECOM, leading business‑unit HR functions, enterprise talent acquisition, and global proposal strategy for multimillion‑dollar international programs. She is also the Founder of Purpose HR Partners, where she supports growth focused organizations navigating complex people challenges.
Known for her ability to build trust, simplify complexity, and design practical, scalable talent solutions, Jennifer is passionate about helping leaders create workplaces where people can thrive and organizations can grow.
She holds a B.S. in International Relations and French from Randolph‑Macon College.
