About Maria

Enterprise HR leadership, sized for growing businesses

I’m a Human Resources executive with 20 years of global experience in large industrial and technology companies, including IBM and Honeywell, where I most recently served as Vice President of Human Resources. My career spans strategic HR leadership, talent management, HR operations, and large-scale organizational transformation.
I’m a businessperson first. I understand exactly what you’re going through, and how to fix it.
I hold a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Cornell University. I’ve led HR functions across diverse industries, including high-tech and research environments, driving talent acquisition, leadership development, and HR services optimization, and I’ve established global centers of excellence outside the United States. I care most about talent development, organizational design, and operational efficiency, and I take a forward-thinking approach to both short and long-term talent strategy.
