Jessica Wandrey is a business-driven HR executive with more than 25 years of experience leading enterprise talent and people strategy in complex, highly regulated, growth-oriented, and mission-focused organizations. She is recognized for aligning people strategies with business priorities while connecting strategy, operations, and execution to deliver measurable results.
Throughout her career, Jessica has built and led leadership and talent infrastructure for nationwide and multi-state workforces across onsite, hybrid, and remote environments. As a trusted advisor to executive teams, she strengthens leadership capability and aligns people, roles, and organizational structure to advance strategic priorities and drive sustained performance.
