Andy Weaver has led diverse groups of people in both the military and corporate settings over the last 3 decades. He is passionate about serving others through “Servant Leadership”. 

Originally from French Lick, Andy graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Indianapolis, where he also was a scholarship basketball athlete. He joined the Army while in college and played college basketball. Immediately following college graduation, he attended the Army’s Officer Candidate School and graduated as an honor graduate. Andy served for 22 years in the Army as an Infantry Officer and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel. He amassed multiple combat deployments during his career. His military awards and decorations include two Bronze Star Medals while leading Soldiers in combat.

After retiring from the Army, Andy served as a Vice President of International Sales for AM General for 3 years. He then started Force Multiplier Talent, which focused on placing military members, retirees, and former college/professional athletes for corporations across the country. 

Andy also has a Master’s from Gonzaga University and is currently finishing a Master of Arts in International Foreign Policy from John Hopkins University.  He is a licensed instrument-rated pilot, woodworker, and avid snowboarder.  He has visited 107 countries throughout the world.

Andy is married to Brooke Weaver, and they live in Fishers with their 5 children (Sloane, Sydney, Conner, Gage, and Emmit).
