Andrew is a veteran entrepreneur who started his career as a manufacturing engineer for a large automotive supplier.  After realizing he wasn’t cut out for “big company life” he left to take on the role as the GM of a 60-person company at age 25 and was hooked on entrepreneurial life, where he’s lived and worked ever since.

For ten years, he served as COO and co-owner of a family business, Stonegate Designs.  

In 2006 he exited that business and began a new season of his career, becoming a Merger & Acquisition advisor serving lower middle market business owners, helping them realize their succession and exit goals.    He is releasing his first book in 2023 – “Don’t leave Life on the Table” – based on those experiences.

In 2009, he joined forces with a long-time friend to build the “Choice Connections” network of senior housing advisors, which ultimately became Oasis Senior Advisors.

During the pandemic, Andrew became an EOS Franchisee and began helping Business Owners and Leadership Teams grow Stakeholder value by implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).

Andrew is married with six children, one grandson and a puppy.
